Towson Consortium Agreement

Federal aid rules prohibit students from getting financial aid from two different schools during the same semester, but they allow one school to process your help based on your combined enrollment in both schools. If your student secretariat approves your course transfer application, the TU Financial Aid Office may use a consortium agreement for financial aid to process your TU aid on the basis of your enrolment in both schools. Golden ID students are not allowed to enroll in courses through the consortium that waives the fee. Students at the University of Maryland can only enroll in courses offered on the campus of the host institution. You may have to pay a transcription fee to the “Gast” institution.
