The latter is a local bare metal version of CDP, which is a direct upgrade of cdH or HDP. We will have free (unsupported) subscriptions for developers and short-term test subscriptions. Commercial subscriptions will be available to all customers who want support and maintenance, including access to software with the latest Updates and 3.2 Cloudera brand security patches in Cloudera Open Source software. These Terms do not allow Partner to distribute or market any cloudera open source software or components that contain, display, or use Cloudera trademarks. The trademark “Cloudera” is any registered trademark or not of Cloudera in different countries.
Partner may only redistribute Cloudera Open Source Software, which contains Cloudera trademarks, if (a) this is permitted under a separate written license agreement with Cloudera authorizing such retransmission, or (b) Partner removes any cloudera trademarks and logos from such Cloudera Open Source software. Modifying Cloudera Open Source Software may damage Cloudera Open Source Software. Cloudera`s open source licensing model is tailored to the approach developed by Red Hat and is accepted by thousands of companies worldwide. Cloudera plans to sell subscriptions to access the compiled software and the Cloudera-hosted source from which it was created, as well as consulting, support, training, and tool services to accelerate the installation of new releases and security patches for its data analytics software. 10.10 Global Agreement.
